Unprofessional attorneys!!

<p>I have an account from Foschini that is in arrears. Foschini contacted me and I amde an arrangement with them and I have been paying religiously, never skipped a month. Now that I am almost paid my acc I have been receiving threatening emails from HTN attorneys saying they ll take legal action against me. I emailed back several times informing them I have been paying instore every month but they never listen. I called them and I was told on their system its not reflecting that I have been paying which is not my problem because they must sort that out with Foschini if they were really instructed by Foschini. Its their client and they should have the accurate records. I informed Foschini of this and I was told to continue paying instore and keep my proof of payments. HTN sent me a statement and on that statement there are collection fees, collection fees for what because I ahve been paying out of my own will without them contacting me. I really wonder if these attorneys are proper attorneys who are on the roll because I am an attorney myself and I know how the law works. I am sick and tired of these **********!!!!</p>
