Unhappy customer

Good day

HTN Attorneys have been debiting my account without fail for the last couple of months but I received an email from them stating that I owe them money (an amount different from what we agreed on) last week.

I then called the help line on Monday and was told that it could be that I missed a payment (not sure how when the money is deducted from my account before my bank even notifies me that I've received my salary)

They then advised me that they would take a look at their records and send me an email. I didnt receive anything from them so I decided to follow up today.

The agent I spoke to today put on hold for so long that I eventually gave up and disconnected the call.

I would really like to know why that email was sent to me as it was stated on the mail that if the amount was not paid legal action was going to be taken against me.
