Unfair and unprofessional act

These attorneys didn't call me when my account was handed over to them. They just called in September telling me that I owe Markham so much and also the legal fees. From there I asked them to send me their bank details, my statement showing everything, still they failed to do that. They called over and over and I requested the same information but never received it. Today they called again, and I asked the lady to forward me all the things I requested to my personal email, fortunately it came through. Now I asked them to explain to me how was the settlement amount incurred over these months, before I can pay, the lady failed to explain and decided to drop the call. So basically all these interests they have been charging should have been avoided from the month I asked them to send me their bank details or even the month when my account was handed over to them, would have controlled that. So I feel like they are unfair and unprofessional.

I’m receiving annoying calls from HTN attorneys, while I’ve explained numerous times the matter and I don’t appreciate the fact that I’m called by different people daily were I have to explain something I already explained before to someone else. My account is paid up and it’s been years now, but I’m still harassed with calls that I owe them, and no explaination how I owe them.
