unfair

So the account was handed over to you people at first, then who sold it to DMC, no one can give me that, I had to dig and shuffle, eventually I ended up with DMC, I paid the more I keep on telling you all take my name of the credit bureau, the more HTN tells me ticket resolve...HOW? how was it resolve your side see that you send me more than 8 mails telling me the account was handed over...so unfair
