I have been assisting my gran with sending her documents to this company as she is owed a refund but she has been going in circles.
My gran has been paying the account listed with them until February 2021 yet the account was paid up in January 2020.
Two weeks ago the documents were sent, only this morning when my gran called them did they inform her that the document (account confirmation letter) is insufficient.
You are very efficient when calling for money owed to you HTN Attorneys but cannot assist when you have made the mistake.
Poor service!
