Unable to get response

I have an unpaid bruma finance account that was handed over to htn attorneys.I want to make arrangements to pay off account and have been in contact with them via email.A consultant contacted me via email and furnished me with a statement.In a second email I was offered a 20% discount.I wanted to settle the outstanding amount in full ,but I did not get any banking details to pay the amount.I followed up with numerous emails,but everytime an automated response is send to me that they will be in contact with me .Meanwhile the interest are adding up to my account every month while im waiting for a response.
