TERRIBLE INBOUND!!!

Funny story tho was contacted by(Tselane Mohale Debt Review Administrator) on the 15th March. I've overpaid my Boodle account and I'm due a refund I then confirmed my details and I was told I'd get money within 14days......

Obviously longer then 14working days already still nothing but the sad part is I've sent countless emails, can't get through on to the phone because I just wanted to enquire about my paid up letter?????

No luck whatsoever......terrible Inbound!!
