So the next was a reply from Wonga regarding my account with them I simply asked if they can sent me a letter with the right account number so I can sent it to my debt advisors to clear my name

28 Sep 2022, 11:07 Please read your emails seeing calling you htn answers the phone So I was handed over to htn witch I do understand. What is don't understand is that when I try to make a call to wonga I go strait to htn and why I don't know. So if sent wonga a email about a week ago asking for a letter stating that my wonga account has been paid off. Cause the letter that I got from htn ref number is different than the wonga account Now sent every second day a email and no replies have been sent to me I can't call cause its going to htn weird enough.

Can I ask for a letter stating that my account has been paid in full please I need to get my name off debt review and it's only the one letter that I need that if been struggling with for over a month to get. Please reply to and I can't use the HTN Attorney paid up letter because the referral number does not match cause

Now what do I do from now on seeing you won't assist me at all and keep on telling me I must call wonga for that letter? I paid it off everything and now that I need the correct details of my account you don't wanna assist a person further just taking there monies and run
