STILL WAITING FOR PAID UP LETTER

I have been calling for a paid up letter 2 weeks later I have not received my paid up letter. Settlement on my account was made via ozow, called in several times and each time the consultant says they gona send it via email they never send it. What a pathetic service, the last time you guys double debited my account, now you refusing to send me my paid up letter! As a client I can't keep calling for something you know you have to send to me.. Do your job! This is ridiculous!
