STAY AWAY FROM THEM
Before I start with my review, I would like to mention that I'm only rating you guys with a 1 as I cannot submit a 0 due the the Hellopeter's rating structure.
Anyway, I would like to recommend that all companies to stay away from HTN Attorneys. My account was handed over to them about 4 years ago and they never made contact with me, to be honest, I forgot about the account myself. However, I had to tell them about the account & long story short, they made me pay the account and didn't want to negotiate a better settlement. Disgusting! Now that I've paid the account, I'm struggling to get the paid up letter from them :( . I honestly don't know why companies like this still exists, first of all, you have to pay for their mess up and then secondly of all, you have to beg them for a paid up letter.
Also, I was told that Henry B is a Manager at HTN Attorneys - He never responds to my emails. As in NEVER!!!!!!
This company is honestly a JOKE!

- We received an Email from you 15th April 2021 whereby you requested a settlement discount for your Boodle account
- You were granted a 20% settlement discount 15th April 2021 valid till 30th April 2021 and the quotation was sent to your email address
- You sent another email 28th April 2021 requesting for a further discount
- You were granted another discount 4th of May 2021 for 30% valid for 7 days
- Henry also sent you an e-mail explaining the payment allocation, write-off and paid-up letter processes
- The process was followed and we can confirm that your paid up letter was sent to you today, 11th May 2021.

Come on man! Take responsibility for your mess up guys! Mention that in your response!
The process was not followed. I received a call earlier today from one of your agents and they admitted that the process was not followed however it's not HTN Attorneys fault. Apparently my account was handed over to another company from HTN Attorneys, no one notified me of this! The agent also mentioned that I got my statement incorrect, they didn't make contact with me for 3 years, I said 4 years. Is this not enough for the debt to be prescribed, 3 years? Also, it was never on my credit report. Why am I the only one taking accountability here?
I only paid the account as it's really a struggle communicating with you guys.
Also, I was asked to change or remove my review - This is really unprofessional, why don't you guys try to resolve this fairly?
P.S. Thanks for the discount however the amount I ended up paying back was more than I took from Boodle and I made payments in the past. You guys didn't contact me at all, why were charging interest and handling fees? This is your fault not mine!
