Shocking service. Settlement letter never arrives

I was given a settlement amount. Paid it and informed I would get a settlement letter within 24 hours. NOTHING . I keep calling and promised it will be there within the day. STILL NOTHING. My life is in limbo without this but still nothing and no one cares. Cannot get hold of anyone in authority. Now they simply put down the phone on me. Even gave me the wrong name of person in charge

I now get this from HTN Attorneys to me writing to them. And NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
