Shocking service
I am utterly shocked and appalled at the shocking service I've received at the hands of HTN Attorneys. I have been trying for the past few months to come to a payment arrangement with them on a matter they are dealing with, with no success. I have sent numerous e-mails, and made countless phone calls, but have received no help whatsoever. I am a diligent account payer, and need to get the matter resolved ASAP, as my credit profile is negatively affected by the incompetence of your company. Please e-mail me your banking details ASAP so I can make payment. Kindly note that I am not available telephonically, only by e-mail. Your URGENT assistance would be appreciated.

Please be advised that on two occasions emails were sent to you on the 30/01/2018 and on the 03/02/2018 to advise you of the payment arrangement options as requested.
