Settlement letters

I had an account with Wonga and a personal loan with FNB which were handed to this respective companies.I settled my my accounts but now to get settlement letters it's a mission.No one is entertaining my request.I sent countless emails in reqard with settlement letters to date I never heard a word from them.Hello Peter please help me cause this is tarnishing my name
