SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT

I had an account with Bruma - paid it off in 2016 - but for the amount that i received as settlement they placed me on ITC - well only to find out this year that it is on there. They still have not taken it off and it is nearly 2 years

i have another account which i would like to settle - couldn't afford it previously to settle it now i want to settle but they do not want to give me a settlement discount - in February when i phoned they gave me a settlement over they phone which i couldn't afford - nothing in writing and now they tell me i got one settlement and didn't use it so i cannot get another one - but now when i want to settle i am not allowed to get a settlement. They tell me i have a payment plan in place and therefore cannot get a settlement amount (unbelievable) because of the payment plan (how ridiculous) - be careful of Bruma and HTN - there is no no good service about them
