Sending rude letters while communicating with them
They claim that I owe money for a debt, which I am busy communication about with someone at their offices. In the middle of this communication, I get seemingly auto-generated letters and messages threatening me with legal action if I don't pay. What the heck? I am communicating with them, not ignoring them, yet they still send me impolite/threatening emails and SMSes. Guess it's typical of any Debt Collector underwritten by failed ******** attorneys.
