The worst service ever!!! They are quick to send notification of money owed, yet when you contact them in an attempt to resolve the matter, they never respond to emails. Trying to call them, is also a waste of time. I've been trying to resolve the matter for more than two months now, and still no response. This has left me with an increased repayment amount, which is due to their unresponsiveness over the two months. Utterly disgusting, how they try to cop more money by pulling these delay tactics on people who actually want to resolve the matter.
