I have an outstanding Bruma account that was handed over to HTN Attorneys and I made arrangements to pay via debit order. I got a letter in October with my balance and they then debited my account. today on the 13 November I called them for a settlement amount and spoke to Zukiswa Sobtwa she was very rude and unhelpful I told her I would like to settle my account can I please have the balance she then gave me a higher amount then what I know is owed to them, I then asked her to send me a statement and she quickly added an amount to add the extra on it the statement even shows today's date that the amount was added. HTN attorneys are ******** people be careful when dealing with them they want to keep you on their books to make money out of you and they not happy with settlements.
