Refund

<p>I have an account with Achermans which few months back was on default, Ackermans called me about it and to my suprise HTN also called me regarding the account saying it has been handed over to them. On the 08th of June i was paying off my credits and i mistakenly paid R2843 to HTN atttorneys account and also went to Ackermans to make a cash payment. Currently my account with ackermans it's up to date. I realised the mistake i did and called HTN Attorneys for refund, it was confirmed that the money is reflecting and that i had to wait for 14 days before they can send it back. I anxiously waited for that 14 days and they only paid back R2169 and couple of cents, when i ask why the money is not pais in full i keep being sent from pillar to post. All i want is my money back in full. They should raise any discrepancies with Ackermans as they saying they never handed over the account to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is completely day light ******* and i'm so not impressed.</p>
