Promise rewards that they won't pay out

they promise you that you'll earn rewards if you pay your account on time. Now that i've paid up my account they coming with stories that does not make sense, they telling me that I made an arrangement with HTN attorney not 'my good money' (my good money is where you log on to the internet and make the arrengement to pay on a specific date,HTN attorneys = My good money)
