Good Day

Good Day I have an issue with the HTN Collections who is trying to collect a prescribed debt. The debt has prescribed and has not been acknowledged in the past 3 years. they sent a statement which clearly states that the payment on the account was last made on 02 April 2019. but they are refusing to close the account and provide a prescription letter, instead they try to make arrangements for the debt to be paid

on the 18 May 2022 received the below email stating that, " the ticket has been resolved"
but today its the 20 May 2022 do not have any confirmation nor proof that the issue has been resolved
