POOR SERVICE FROM HTN

I have contacted HTN last week in regards to a settlement amount on one of my accounts that was handed over to them. I got a settlement amount, paid the amount the same day and I am still receiving sms's stating that I must pay my account??? Why??? I am also still awaiting my letter stating that the account is paid in full and that my name has been removed from all the ITC'S!!!!!! Till to date I have not received any but any communication to this regard.

Can a CEO of the company please be so kind to revert back to me as none of your workers seems to know what they doing nor do they want to do there work.

HTN like to make threads if the account can not be paid, but hey, if you paid, they keep harassing you that they can do GREAT!!!

If not received an replay within 24 hours, I will be forced to go to all the mayor newspapers.
