Poor Service and failure to update

I paid my installment every month and when I left with 2 month in April they added R 2 936.00 to my outstanding balance. This is the total money that I have already paid and said it is balance adjustment. This is conflicting with the statement that I am receiving from my creditor that says may account was fully paid in May. The installments that I am paying are accumulating on creditors side as it shows the + amount on my balance. I spoke to Luyanda from HTN Attorneys and he said that I must tell my Creditors to give a letter while my Creditor sent me to them. He is said he will investigate and come back to me and he is now ignoring my calls and emails.
