Poor service

These people are useless i am still waiting for feedback on the status of my paid up account and my debt counselor needs my paid up letter. seems no one is willing to assist a lady by the name of Joyce Nthebe promised to call me back. but it seems i am sent from pillar to post and all i need is the paid up letter then we go our separate ways. when we owe you guys its easy to call but when its time to deliver on your part you full of stories? if i dont get a response by tomorrow prepare for a letter from my lawyer who by the way also works at NCR i have sent him all the call recordings and as well as all emails convos with Joyce Nthebe and Amahle Yokwe who also sent me a email with no valid answers!
