Poor record keeping

I have an account with Foschini and has been handed over to HTN attorneys, the deducting ever month from my bank account. But this morning I received a sms saying after numerous notifications we have not received payment on your FASHION EXPRESS Acc. my question is where is all these payments going to if HTN attorneys cannot see the deductions from my bank account?
