Pathetic Service (Serveice should never be in a sentence that refers to HTN)

I settled my account for a Boodle loan in November 2018. At the time I was told it would take 7 days for me to receive the paid up letter. Fast forward two months later the account has accrued R4 interest and they still say I have to wait 7 days yet again for the paid up letter. I wonder if it is deliberate that they don't close paid up accounts hoping to get accrued interest for life. I refuse to pay the R4 they speak of and I just want this matter closed. This has been the worst experience of my life and I call them every week to find out about the paid up letter they are not prepared to issue. If there was a zero star rating that is what I would rate HTN Attorneys for pathetic service
