PATHETIC Service from HTN Attorneys!!

I have received numerous calls from a totally unprofessional, ***********, rude employee of HTN Attorneys. Firstly she rattles her mouth off and does not bother to clearly identify herself. She advised me of an account of mine, which I acknowledged. She asked me to confirm my ID number, then proceeded to give me the amount outstanding. When I asked why was the amount so high, she advised due to interest being charged. I then asked what was the original debt amount. She gave the amount to me. When I asked for the settlement figure, I was then asked to give more personal details, short of asking me what was the colour of my damn underwear!

I then advised her i will commence with a payment plan of R100 per month. To which she demanded was not acceptable and wanted R200.00!! She began a total unprofessional session of screaming and being rude, unprofessional and refused to spell her name for me or accept my payment plan.

How does HTN Attorneys employee such pathetic, rude and *********** staff. Do you think you will get money out of clients with this stupid childish behaviour. I wonder if your clients are aware of this pathetic attempt at debt collecting!!!

I acknowledge my debt. I ask for the details to commence payment. Yet I was screamed at and basically harassed by this unprofessional employee. I ended at a point of SWEARING at her as she really got my blood boiling. She mocked me when I asked her to clearly identify herself. She refused to give me her details. And when I threatened to find out who she is as I am aware of the calls being recorded, she laughed. Makes me think HTN Attorneys employees clowns who think they can do as they please and get away with stupid, unprofessional and pathetic behaviour.

BOODLE should know that they will never get any money from clients as HTN Employees Stupid and pathetic staff.

I acknowledged my debt. I provided an amount and want to pay. But I am mocked at, shouted and TOLD how much to pay!
