Pathetic service from HTN attorneys

This is disgusting service from HTN attorneys. I paid up a moneystar account in October 2017 to a company called Jansen and Jansen attorneys. They had sent me a paid up letter and the lady said that my name would be removed from ITC in 21 working days. It is now June 2018 and my name is still on ITC. I called Jansen and Jansen attorneys only for them to tell me that the matter is with HTN attorneys. I then call HTN attorneys and spoke to Dolly, who had asked me to email the paid up letter (which I did) and within 21 working days my name would be clear. After seeing that my name has not been cleared I then call Htn attorneys again and spoke to lebogang, only for her to tell me that she will escalate the issue and call me back. But she never called back. One week later I call and speak to another guy only for him to tell me that even though I have paid Jansen and Jansen and I have sent a paid up letter, HTN attorneys still have to see the money reflect in their account for them to take my name off ITC. I mean how long does it take to reflect. And he will escalate the matter. Then I receive an SMS from KGB attorneys saying legal action is pending, so I call and speak to Beulah, who also asks for the paid up letter, which I sent to her, when I queried what was happening, no one could give me an answer.

I am so sick and tired of waiting for my name to be taken off ITC. When they want their money they will call you 50 times, but to help you sort out your name, they won't even call you back. I need assistance it's been 8 months since this account has been paid.
