Paid-up Letter & ITC Update

I've had two loans that were handed over to HTN Attorneys for collection, the reason being due to me being retrenched. After many harassing phone calls and emails, I was finally in the position to settle both outstanding accounts. Now this is where all the excuses start. From the payment not reflecting, to the payment must be allocated and then all you hear is that your request for a paid-up letter has been escalated.<br> I've settle my accounts, I want confirmation that my accounts are settled. As well as my credit profile updated at both Transunion & Experian.<br> Seems that once these people have your money they all of a sudden disappear. No more calls, emails you name it. Very ***** company.
