Paid Up letter

Settled my account with these two weeks ago. Was promised that i will have my paid up letter within 7 days and that my credit record will be fixed. Guess what. Supervisor phoned me yesterday after i complained and promised to sort it out by close of business. Still nothing. Getting really tired of people harassing you until you pay them then they forget to do their jobs.<br> <br> <br>
