paid up letter

I made a full payment of R 4500 for my Foschini account 3 months ago so when I requested a a paid up letter I was told that my account had been handed over to htn attorneys meaning they where the ones who should have given me the letter. I the contacted them and I was told by a consultant to get in touch with them after 14 days which I did. I spoke to any person there and she told me that the money I paid does not reflect on there system and I should go back to Foschini to get a refund so I went there and the admin manager said they couldn't give me a refund but she contacted them and they where very rude. I was told again to wait and that they would contact me but they never did. I asked the consultants several times to let me speak to their superiors but they denied and told me that they couldn't do anything if the payment didn't reflect on there system. I kept calling them and they later asked for proof of payment which I sent to them and once more I was told that they would contact me but up to now nothing has been done from the 18th of October 2015.My name is aaron sinadambwe , ref number fos05-65099, The service by htn is very poor.i spoke to kedibone,puleng,lidi at htn
