Paid up account still showing as outstanding at the Credit Bureau
I had settled a Bruma account two months ago and have requested my payment profile and balance to be updated at the Credit Bureau...two months later and it is still showing an outstanding balance and NOT UPDATED. Each time i phone i get promised it will be done and nothing to date. I am lodging a complaint now with the NCR
