Old Account

<p>Im disgusted in this company, an old account dated years ago handed over to this company, been daily harrassed and spoken to like Im an unproffessional individual. Every month I liase with this company and I settled this account end FEB (well so I thought) to end it all, I was given a settlement amount rounding off R 693/R 694.00, via email. I paid this company R 700.00 via eft. Only to receive an sms to pay more, another R 80.00+ for commission fees?? Even after receiving an email of the amount to be settled, then Shawn one of the consultants has the nerve to tell me because I received the SMSor 3 sms that my amount was more I should hafve paid that amount. Yet every month asking me to settle with a discount, I didxnt ask for a discount but paid your company R 700.00 in loyalty I have never been so insulted in my life, if it was R 780-R800 or whatever the correct amount it would have been paid, but no they persist in calling me 5 times a day if they can last month while Im on the road seeing clients as instructed to them</p> <p> </p> <p>Now Im waiting for the new amount!!!!
