No response to request for debit order to be set up
I've been trying to get HTN to send me a debit order authorization form for months. Multiple attempts and emails have been sent to them. Even to a manager called Shawn S. I've emailed their collections department, the accounts, customer service and yet i keep getting the same letter of demand notices. As per all my written correspondence, I want to pay and I want to do it via debit order but for some reason, no one bothers to respond or send me the form to complete for my debit order to be set up.
