No paid up letter

I called HTN attorneys on the 17-04-2015 in regards to my Bruma Fiance loan to get the settlemet balance to pay off my account, i spoke to a lady called Charity Nkomo who assisted me and provided me a discount and infomred me to pay R10662.85 for my account to be settled and the settlement was valid until the 18-04-2015.<br> i made a payment on the 18th of R6000 due to payment limit and i immediately infomred Charity that i can only make the R6000.00 as internet banking doesnt allow me to pay more and that i will go to the bank first thing on monday the 20-04-2015 to settle it, i didnt get any responce.<br> i made the outstanding balance on the 20th and forwarded the proof of payment and she said there have been accepted by Finance and she will forward me the paid up letter.<br> <br> Now they are telling me that i havent settled even though i have confirmation emails saying otherwise. i really need this account closed so i can apply for car finance. i will not be paying any more money to them as they are mistreating people and giving false information for a person to pay.<br> <br> <br> i need this paid up letter and for my credit profile to be updated.
