Most unprofessional!!!
I've been sending numerous calls asking how much is my remaining balance as according to me I'm finished paying or either left with last installment. Despite 1k emails sent no one bothers to reply, when I call in they put me on hold for 10 minutes and cut the call don't even bother to call bac****!
