Lack Luster Service
One would think that when dealing with an Attorney firm, customer service should be next level. Not in this case.
The professionalism and attitude of some of the call center agents working for HTN Attorneys is beyond shocking.
I've worked in a call center environment as well as a customer facing job space and never have I taken out my own personal stresses or used my job title as weight to show someone i'm superior to them.
I'm glad calls are recorded for quality purposes.
No quality in the professionalism of how these particular agents handle their work!
