Is Ombudsman the next step for HTN Attorney

Hello,

I have been under debt review and paid all my accounts by end March. I collected all my paid up letters and awaiting clearance certificate.

One of my creditors informed me via HTN Attorneys that i still owe an amount of R443 (however my Debt counseling informed me that account was paid up)

I got in Contact with a Tselane and she provided me with bank details, after i piad she sent an email confirming she received payment. This was August 2021.

I followed up on a paid up letter in Sep. and Tselane again told me an amount outstanding, i paid the amount AGAIN and send POP, she confirmed receipt thereof.

Its October and i am unable to reach HTN as thet said certain people deal with my account, i am unable to reach that certain people and Tselane does not respind nor send me my paid up letter?

What is the next step?

I would like to receive my paid up letter within the next week or i will be forced to go Ombudsman and report HTN to the Credit Bureau.
