I have been trying to sort out my account since Dec 2014. Then i started getting threatening emails and calls from them to pay the account that was handed over.I have emailed non stop to get this sorted and to get documents from them to sign for a debit order and no one is getting back to me. Over and above this i am receiving emails threatening me that they will take legal action if I dont respond. The following people have been phoning me and emailing me, Relebohile, Banele, Feroza to name a few and every time i respond with the same email and too date no luck. I am sick and tired of receiving calls at work after i told them not to phone me on my work number. I have to keep telling them the same story over and over as the same person never phones or emails. But still no luck. They are such a *********** bunch of people i dont know how this company is still operating. After almost 7 months of no luck and obviously no one competent enough to assist me with the details to pay my account i refuse to do anything more.After reading all the complaints i dont think anyone should pay them money as they are clearly ******** people and we have to suffer as we are listed on ITC.
