Incompetency

I wrote on hello peter in December last year complaing about bad service and incompetency of htn attorneys.i made full payment and sent proof of payment to the attorneys so they could provide me with a paid up letter but up to now nothing has happened.I ****k to someone there call dawoord or something like that and he promised to help but nothing has happened up to now and so am considering legal action because they keep telling me that the money I paid does not reflect on there system and I should go back to foshini to get a refund but foshini also refuses.Please advise on the quickest way to solve this as both the foshini branch in joburg cbd eloff street is also not helpful.it seems these people don't communicate properly or they are doing things on purspose.Any suggestions who I can call for legal action because the amount I paid is huge
