Ignored for almost a year.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of my councillor for almost a year now. Her name is Quanita. I’ve emailed her and the general email for assistance and they keep telling me to get a hold of my councillor but she’s not answering her emails and calls. When I call the call centre they give me a number that doesn’t go through. I’m trying to get my clearance letter as all my accounts have been paid up. For almost a year now. I need to get this sorted out they don’t have an email adresss for complaints where I can send my complaint. Next I’m contacting the police ombudsman cause I’ve had it.
