Htnattorneys big ******** no resolution with them very ***** and unprofessional 2

I had wonga account which was Handed over to nimble group then nimble sold my prescribed debt to htnattorneys and last week I contacted them the htn attorneys and thy gave me an account number with reference to settled the account of which I did in full an d they promised me a paid up letter within a day once my money reflects on them so I called was Sent from pillar to post and my personal details were blocked 🚫 on their systems u cannot send email with my reference, ID number nor cellphone numbers *** is the one responsible for organizing all this and promised me paid up letter by mon day this week when I phone her number she does not answer now that I've paid them my money these big ******** who refer to themselves as lawyers but avast am waiting for 20days to lapse then am taking my complaint to the credit ombudsman and all other relevant bodies and stake bolders
