HTN what a joke

As a debt collections attorney HTN has provided excellent service and assistant. However, trying to get a paid up letter from HTN attorneys is a nightmare. Their admin and services are terrible. Ive received paid up letters with other peoples infornation on and incorrect dates. Trying to clear you name on credit institutions is a mess, and a bigger struggle if HTN attorney's are involved. Im still waiting for my paid up letter after numerous calls. They dont even inform their client when the debt was collected in. As individual uou have try and get a paid up lettrr from HTN and forward it yourself to the institution that handed you over. So it get me wondering why they are paid to do collections, but not administration and client services.
