HTN WANTS ME TO STAY IN DEBT BY REFUSING ME A SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT

On 6 Feb 2018, I got an email saying i owed 7883.49 on behalf of Bruma Finance. We then arranged a R500 payment of which i decided not to pay since i had decided to settle the mount. On the 8th if April i made a call to them requesting a settlement amount and was told that the balance was now R9000. How can the amiunt jump from R7883.49 to R9000 from Feb to April and they said they can give me R7300 as settlement. This is a total *******. U called the again last week and was told i must pay 8000 and there was no discount at all that i can get as they have no discounts. I am trying to come forward and offer to settle this debt and all i need is some discount offer not to be ********** like this. This is clear that HTN dies not want people to come out if debts because they keep adding ridicous interests and do not want me to negotiate a discount in order for me to settle. I want a discount offer from the original amount R7883. 49 that was stated on their email dated 6 Feb 2018. Ehat kund of debt collectors are thry ehen thry dint eant to meet the client half way? My ID number is ********** 527089 and the reference is ********** 102, my number is ********** 156

And i dont appreciate you closing my ticken whike nothing is nit sorted. Mpho Phutsisi emailed me and you guys are still refusing me a discount. Your mission seems to hinder us from settling debts. How can you refuse a person who is willing to pay and settle his debt and mantain that theres no discount. What do you guys stand for? Are you against people settling their debt by discourage them to settle by tefuding them discounts?
