HTN ATTORNEYS RUINING MY LIFE

HTN attorneys is ruining my life, I've been making payments for my Wonga loan which was handed over to HTN attorneys I have been trying to make payments with HTN attorneys but non of the payments I made are reflecting on my credit profile. I lodged a complaint in May which the consulted promised to resolve and update my profile till this day that has not been done. I had settled the account in full recently all im asking for is that HTN attorneys updates the information on ITC as they should as I do not want to lodge a dispute like I did with the other accounts I had with them. Someone there is not doing their work or the truly dont care how much these ITC listings are costing us. PLEASE UPDATE MY PROFILE ASAP
