htn attorneys- no communication

I made a total payment of R10 000.00 last year no one had contacted me that I had a balance owing – received a call few days ago stating I have a balance of R2100.29, which is of attorney fees and interest for the months that I had not settled this amount, How is it possible that I have made an amount to be paid when I did not receive NO calls from your offices. stating i have balances now i must make payments for calls never made to me , all these are attorney charges . i have called your offices numerously all they say they reading from the system.
