HTN ATTORNEYS MESSING UP MY LIFE

I am extremley frustrated, I feel like crying, I have been blacklisted for a couple of years was not able to even take out a simple contract phone, I am trying to sort out my life but HTN attorneys is making very difficult for me...I made a payment of R500 on the 30th April 2019 I called in on the 02 May to see if payment is reflecting, I was advised to send proof of payment which I did on the same day...weeks later I get a call which state that my last pymnt was in Jan, I explained to Lincon and he confirmed that he can see the POP and he promised to escalate the matter. I told him that this is really messing up my life the paymebt of April should have been reflecting on my ITC profile alreadty, He promised to assist , a day later i received an email stating my query has been resolved. Today I call to my suprise payment still not made. I spoke with Lerato and I asked if I can speak to someone else, that is where my call was dropped.This is regarding my Wonga loan.
