HTN Attorney's Complaint
Good Day
HTN Attorneys is handling a matter on behalf of Bruma Finance. I have been paying each month my premium as arrange with HTN (via arranged debicheck) For the last few years I haven't miss my monthly installments.
However :
1. Each month I receive sms'e and phone calls that I am behind 2. I have queried and emailed HTN numerous times and to date they haven't resolved the issue. 3. Also each year in November they deduct Double settlement without prior arrangements with me.
Does anyone know the Ombudman's details who I can forward my complaint to with supporting documentation?
