HTN ATTORNEYS : BANKING DETAILS NOT PROVIDED

I have three accounts handed over to this attorneys. i made a payment arrangement for the three accounts to be payed through debit order starting 15 july. 15 july came and only two accounts (which are prescribed debt were debited from my acount) the one account that is still existing was not debited. i made numerous calls to their callcentre, wrote emails after emails asking about the debit order. 15 august still the two accounts was only debited. I asked for their banking account since they failed to debit my account even after making an arramngement. all i got was emails of debit order forms, statement and an email threatening me of BUREAU LISTING NOTICE ITO SECTION 72 OF THE NCA.

it is like this company wants this account to pile up with interest and other fees. why should i beg for banking details
