HTN Attorneys are ***********

2 Months ago I made an arrangement with HTN Attorneys to pay R250 per month on my outstanding account. I have explained that I am unemployed and get R500 from my parents to pay arrears *** goes to them R250 to the other company I owe money. A month later they called again saying I am not paying and I explained everything to them again and SUDDENLY the lady says she sees I have been paying but there is not an arrangement, whilst previously I was told there was one. She confirmed to me there is now an arrangement for R250. On Tuesday 18 Sept I got a Final Demand letter threatening me and saying I am not paying which is UNTRUE. I immediately phoned them and suddenly AGAIN the agent said there is no arrangement on the system. ONCE AGAIN I explained everything and made the arrangement. I just received another call from them, this is now harassment. Less than 2 days after explaining my financial situation to them they call again!!!! I am getting sick and tired of this and of their incompetence, where arrangements disappear and agents accuse you of swearing at them.
