HTN Attorneys

I received e-mails from this collection agency numerous times for an amount which I settled in February 2020. The amount that I paid was the exact amount stipulated on a letter previously received, and paid into the banking details provided in the letter. HTN Attorneys came back demanding over R400 more in spite of the amount been paid in full. They request my proof of payment each time, which I send, but nothing gets done. I threatened to report them to Hello Peter last week and I received an email saying the payment has been allocated. On Monday I received an email again requesting an amount of over R400 more than the amount I initially paid. I called them yesterday and sent them the letter which stated the initial amount outstanding. The query was given to a supervisor, with whom I left my contact details, but I was never called. Instead I received another email, asking for a POP, which I did countless times. They have absolutely no idea what thay doing. I only rated them with 1 star because there is nothing lower. They a joke!
